I received a message to answer a call about to come then a call saying Telstra. They left a voicemail about upgrading nbn request that I did not make. Then got a message to ring a 1800 number which was different to the one left on voicemail. Voicemail very bad English and not what you would expect from Telstra.

Scam didn't have correct info (Scam call) reported by Trevor
They first sent a text asking me to answer a call from them. Then asked for my details, which I refused to provide as they rang me. Then asked bout NBN connection that is to be installed and had the wrong dates and tried to set an new appointment. Which I declined and told them that I would contact Telstra when I was ready for install. They did not listen to anything I said and asked for an appointment date.So hung up.
