I said the owner is not here...then he told me why did I answer the phone if I'm not the owner???? thu!!! I repeat what I have said I'm only working here and you will never ever talk to the owner if this is scam selling electricity

Scammer call ...probably India as original call had an Indian prefix and details. Simply save the phone number and add to your "automatic reject" or blocked list. The number has been disconnected. No point ringing back...

Ok i got the same call. Now i can tell you guys one thing. I recently started banking with one of the big fours. Where they made me speak on the phone a statement so that they can recognise my voice. The statement was somethink like - "in australia i am recognised by my voice". Now i can releate that this fake call was just recording callers voice. Folks recall did any lf your banks saved you voice for voice recognition? I hope this helps.

This number called me ages ago. I don't answer numbers I don't know. They can leave a message and I will call them back... This number called 2-3 times per day for 5 business days I a row, and never left a message. I finally got sick of it and answered to some lady saying she was from an energy comparison company or some rubbish like that. I told her to take my number off their call list and if I got a call again I would go to the police for harassment. She promptly hung up. A few weeks went by with no calls. Then they called again. This time it was a man and I said "I've asked to be taken off your call list or I'll call the police! You've called 20times within a week! I'm not interested in what your selling!" The man said "I am not selling anything mam, actually this is the first time I being calling you mam." After telling him HE might not have called before but THAT NUMBER has, I repeated that I am not interested and asked "do you understand?" He ignored me and started his little speech. I interrupted him and said "I don't want to know. I am happy with my current electrify company. Do you understand?" Again he ignored me. Finally after three time of asking if he understood that I never want to be called by them again or I will call the police he said yes so I hung up. A month has gone by and I just kissed a call from them again! Next time I'm answering and I'm asking for recordings and business details etc. to follow this up further with the telecom ombudsman and the law if I have to!
