These calls have been going on for many months now. Calls 3 or 4 times a day and when I refuse to answer the call I end up with a Telstra text message on my Telstra mobile saying the caller didnt leave a message. I answered the text message with STOP and also OPT OUT as advised by Choice Magazine but the calls and messages continue daily. I will NEVER purchase another product from Global Shop Direct after excessive criminal behaviour like this and hope social media gives them the full treatment also.

Unfortunately purchased from Global Shop Direct and now they won’t stop calling. 4-5 calls per day, for the last few months. I blocked their number and it’s ridiculous the amount of texts I receive stating they’ve called. I’m over it.

I made the mistake of purchasing something from their website. For the last six months, I received between 1 to 3 calls a day from them. I have asked them before to remove my number but they still call me. I called before and escalated it to the manager and told them that if I received anymore calls I would report them to the ombudsman and to the police for harrassment.

I have bought from this mob in the past, but they keep calling me to try and sell me more stuff. They don't listen to me, and can be pretty pushy. They do have a couple of things I be interested in the future, so I don't want to block them, I would rather know who they are, and block them on a call by call basis.

I bought an item about a year ago but I have inundated with constant calls from them. I blocked their number but it still shows up as a missed call. I currently get 3-6 missed calls a week....sometimes 3 in one day. I have asked them to not call me to no avail. I will be putting in a complaint to the Ombudsman shortly.

Same as others mentioned. I had two calls from this number ( so far) I only answered second time because I was waiting for a call to confirm an appointment and didn’t know what the phone number was. At first this mob were ok, I was happy with them as I had purchased one of their products, but then once the business was over, they became a pest. They are now calling me incessantly, trying to sell me more stuff. Time to block them.
