Fake insurance company (Scam call) reported by Matt

British guy trying to solicit info to build a legal case against a driver in the wrong in a car accident. He will try and confuse the situation by lying and saying the other party of the accident gave him your details. He will then put you through to a law firm even if you refuse. Pest and scam behaviour. Tell them you aren't interested and to stop calling.

Scam. Pretend to be your insurance company! (Scam call) reported by Victim

Pretended to be the other parties insurance company.ask for all your details. Make you agree to giving credit card details whilst assuring you you won’t pay for anything... string you along and at the very end they say your real insurance company has rejected the claim leaving you with the bills to pay! It’s a scam that’s not a fraud scam but a misleading scam!
