I have a debt listed that doesn't belong to me, I have lived at the same address in Vic for24 years, the debt listed against me is from an address in WA. This debt apparently expires in a few months, so I'm guessing they will be very persistant until it lapses. I have blocked their number, but I still get missed call notifications, and they have now started calling my landline. Luckily we only have the landline for ADSL, and some outgoing calls.. :) Being patient.

I get so many calls from these people. I answered it one time and the just tried to get personal info out of me I refused and the while convo came to a stand still. I was actually told giving then my DOB was not personal info!! I can see others have said they are debt collectors... I have no debts I have no idea what these annoying ppl want!

No idea how they got my number. They never leave a message. I keep blocking their numbers (has been about 7 now) but they keep calling back on a different one. Really pointless as if you happen to pick up by accident, there's no one there. I wish the Government would do something useful and put a stop to these nuisance calls

Yes they are super persistant even after speaking to them and explaining reasonable situation Its an invasion of privacy with up to 10 calls per day.

debt collection for lion or latitude finance - harrassment of debtors, high expectations of what you can do and which *you can pull money from - then expect a mass of forms to be filled with all your details to PROVE you aren't in a position to pay - surely if you were in a position to pay you would have??? Scummy collection place that BUYS debt then tries to collect it. Note: they do sometimes offer your debt back to you at a lower price - even a third of what is owing so they must have bought it cheaply in the first place - if you get in trouble talk to the people you owe before they sell you on!

This number called my sons phone, no message left. Keep in mind my son is 14. I called them back to find out who they are, they informed me that they're trying to track down another person whom we don't know. I explained that we'd bought the prepaid phone off gumtree some months ago. She then started asking questions about the address of where we collected the phone etc. I told her that even if I knew that the seller was in fact who she was looking for, I would never disclose someone's address. She got argumentative and said this person would appreciate my helping them track him down. I doubt that somehow. These guys are disgraceful. And so f..ing rude.

This number comes from Brisbane, I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
