At no point does it tell you who is calling and so you have no idea if it is safe to press 1 or not. I'm a young female...I'm not going to answer a strange phone call with a caller that doesn't identify itself. If it's important, someone will call me properly or leave a voicemail explaining the nature of the enquiry.

Basically, if you have a DD fail, or a failed payment you will get this number calling. You can ask to be removed from their automated system, and therefore you will get a Human, not a Bot.Call them, and they are very helpful. my Bank had screwed up my DD, so all they wanted was their payment. Don't owe them money and you won't hear from them.

Calling 5-10 times a day asking for someone I've never heard of - really annoying! Googled and found this page. It is Latitude Financial (https://www.latitudefinancial.com.au/complaints/) Called 1300 369 340 (Australia) + removed my number!! If you are experiencing similar I suggest you do the same!!

You can ask to be removed from their automated calling system. You will then get a Human calling you. I suggested they say who they are, but the Girl said they were not allowed, as someone else could answer your call, and they would know a Finance Company were calling..... I would not have hung up so many times had I known who it was, but hey ho.
