It's a robocall (of course it's a robocall, you really think they'd pay money to humans for this mindless work when they can automate it?) that you get when your Telstra bill is overdue. It sounds spammy as hell, but it's not. Go check your emails, go check the last time you paid your bill.

Getting those calls a few times today, finally answered, pressed 1 then automated system informs that my "bill" is overdue, different options about extension however at the end they wish to collect your credit card details.. do not give them!! Blocked the number and reported as scam.
