Same thing. They have called several times and they claim it is in relation to a motor vehicle accident in the last 12 months. (I have had no such accident!) Extremely rude operator. Total bastardiferous scam artists! I want to report them but am not sure who to report it to? Fair Trading?

Calling to check if I was happy regarding any accident I had been involved with, I said this is a scam (although I was involved in an accident in May) When I asked where he was from (He had a heavy scottish accent) He said NSW. I said where in NSW he wouldn't answer me. There are no outstanding matters from the accident where I was T-Boned. Me using the scam title had him backpedalling and said he would take me off the database. I am going to block that number from being able to call me.

Had these persons call a least 6 time before with their car accident speal this time I told then up front that I knew they were con-artists. they claimed they were not and threaten me with legal action if I spread these "lies"

Apparently I had a motor accident in the last year that I didn't know about. I hung up, they called my mobile which I use only for emergencies.

Guy with an English accent. Rang up saying if i had been in a motor vehicle accident in the last 12 months saying there was money owing to be paid to me. Asked them to explain how this can be as i was not injured. Just hang up and tell them to go away.
