CTP Referrers (Scam call) reported by


As described by the other comments below, I had a call from this number. The company is known as a referrer in CTP schemes. They obtain your details, usually by paying off smash repairers and then chase you to make a CTP claim. They tell you they can refer you to all sorts of services and in the process receive a portion of any payment you might receive. They do not act in your best interests and are engaging in fraudulent activity....AVOID! Block them!

Man says I stated I was not at fault in an accident, I said no I haven't been in an accident (true), and checks not in the last 12 months, I reply no, call ended by caller. Called number back, some recording with UK girl says it's Roadcare UK and option to add number to do-not-call list, after many prompts of course. Just blocked their number that's faster :) I suspect if someone HAS been in an accident the caller gets further than with me. Called 3 times, I finally answered (by mistake, didn't check number first). Low life scum, one day someone will learn where these people are and wait for them to go home.

woman's voice hard to listen seems like she speaks too close to the phone, and asking they got informed that i'm involved in a road traffic accident.. when i said nope.. i'm fine.. not get hit by anything.. and she ask.. maybe someone that u know off? i said none that i known of.. and she apologised for the call and hang up..

Asked me if I'd been in an accident. Mentioned they'd spoken to my niece (actually used her name) and then wanted me to provide the registration no of our vehicle. I told him if he had all of the details on me he should have the rego info and then I hung up. Definite scam !

When I told them it was a scam, they started arguing with me. When I asked how they got my telephone number she would not tell me and kept saying it was not a scam and that I should have told them I did not have a traffic accident.
