Collecting donations for charity raffle tickets (Non-profit Organization) reported by


A young man called today saying he was from the PCYC asking to purchase a raffle ticket for a charity donation. I let him continue speaking and when he asked if I was willing to help out, I told him I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card details over the phone. They are calling "on behalf" of the Police Citizens Youth Club. Perhaps if you have ever been to a PCYC for an alcohol rehabilitation program or anything linked to PCYC that may be the likely reason they have your number.
