Called me, I answered - did I receive a delivery of vic govt energy efficiency device. I said no nothing about device and hung up. Then 5mins later rang my wife - same thing but saying an electrician is nearby - postcode not near us - we asked what device - please explain - he then just hung up - noisy call centre in back ground etc
