No idea who and i don't care. Comes up as a scam call and that's good enough for me. I'm on a dnc register which seems to do nothing these days. So now I just answer, hit mute and see how long they talk before they realise no one is talking back. I'm starting to enjoy wasting their time. Some last a long time before they give up and sound like a parrot with the amount of hellos I get out of them.
