Trinity Telecom. Couldn't get these people off the phone. Gave the initial impression they were ringing on behalf of Telstra to save me some money on my landline/internet. Was passed to 3 different people with Indian accents who spoke rapidly and wouldn't take no for an answer. It was only when I insisted on asking questions I discovered they weren't affiliated with Telstra. When they asked for details of my drivers licence etc. I said I would ring them back once I'd verified they were legit. She insisted on ringing me back but never did. Virtually impossible to shake off. Extremely intimidating tactics. I may not be 100% happy with Telstra but I wouldn't deal with this company under any circumstances.

Had heavily accented call - said he was authorised by Telstra to call me re NBN and firm called Telefi (not sure of spelling) - said I wasn't interested in NBN and Telstra would not have given him my details - take me off your phone list - he hung up.

They rang telling me I was being given unlimited internet with Telstra. I told them I wasn't with Telstra, they said there was confusion and asked who my phone provider was. I answered and they hung up on me immediately. That rang alarm bells for me. I rang back to ask what they were calling for, again they asked me who my provider was, as soon as I said, they hung up on me. When I rang back a 2nd time because I was concerned, the third person I spoke to said it had nothing to do with Telstra and I had it all wrong.

Carl is the person who rang me. He stated I would receive information in the mail regarding unlimited NBN usage with free STD and local calls; mobile calls for 99 cents with no time limit. I did not agree to any of this. He asked me for my home number.

just had a call from 0386442516. Said to be from 'I Dial"/"one dial", wasn't very clear. Seemed to have most of details in regard to Telstra a/c but soon asked for DOB then Medicare/DL. At that point I hung up. Just got a bad vibe, so be careful.

This number has called me atleast 20 times since i asked them not to call. I have called them back 5 times now and they have promised to take me off of their call list only to have them call again 20 minutes later each time. I will be contacting the telecommunications ombudsman tomorrow. This is a sales scam i am certain.
