Someone called Marlene added my number to a list and I cannot get it off! Now I get swamped by calls from telemarketers. Some are good natured and when I ask to be taken off their list, they comply. Others just hang-up before the call connects. They call a bunch of people at the same time, then go with the first number that picks up, dumping all the others. Just. Plain. Rude.

I have 20 numbers in my phone including this number that have been calling me constantly and now are getting abusive. Have reported to telstra and when they ring the number it says can not call this number! One number tho was a government number and has been reported that these scam people are now using government number. I am now on the NCR i am over it! Looks like i will be getting a new number!
