A foreign voice wanting to know if I was the business owner and could give a discount on my business plan. Eventually admitted he wasn't Telstra but a Telstra 'partner' Commander. Very insistent and rang back after I hung up.

Calling to tell me my plan has dropped and I only pay $30 a month. I dont have a telstra account AND I pay less than that already with my provider. STILL wouldn't take no for an answer and had to hand up. 5th call this week!
