These scammers ring numerous times a day. Most of the time they hang up when I answer. If they do speak I tell them I'm not interested and they are still not happy. Sick to death of them.

Calls from this number 4+ times a day for over a week , rang the number back - telemarketers so answered call last night told them not interested please don't ph again. Got another one this morning !! Again please don't call again not interested. Woman on other end started arguing with me !!!!!!

These nuisances constantly ring my phone and then hang up. When you call back they are a company called "energy deal" that wants to broker your energy bills. Just disgraceful....they should be prosecuted for constantly annoying people.

you may have signed up for survey job or product testing. it seems they send your details to other people. thats when mine started. also (07) 31774283 another number (07) 55807495 (03) 86409712 all ring and hang up just as you answer, i asume if you ring back it will cost a fortune, but thats possibly the scam.

Re the comment above by JMCK, my episode was very similar. I responded to an email purportedly from Woolworths, I was then taken to a small survey about Woolworths, and then to conclude the so-called survey, a mass of business icons appeared with Yes/No slider buttons beside them. At that point, I closed the web page, but even then I was too late. Today I have been bombarded by spam emails and telemarketer calls, one of them being from 03 9091 6053. It was a broker acting for electricity retailers. Just from our address, he was able to glean what I thought should be private information. Hang up on them after drawing them out for as long as you possibly can.

I have rung the telephone number and got an answering service saying that I had reached "Groom Power The Energy Deal", or something very close to that. A search on Google revealed absolutely nothing. I conclude from that, that this is a scam.

Got multiple calls form this number 30/03/16 - Finally answered, it was a Scam telemarketer apparently from "Telstra" wanted me to confirm a few things about my account to which i said you should know that!, so they hung up on me. Called it back a couple of times to see who it was, but they just answered and hung up.
