Is so scared that they knew exactly my name and address, they claim that they are some electricity company and conduct some service survey. want selling electricity service to me. WHY THEY KNEW MY NAME, PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS?!

you may have signed up for survey job or product testing. it seems they send your details to other people. thats when mine started. also (07) 31774283 another number (07) 55807495, (03) 86409712 all ring and hang up just as you answer, i asume if you ring back it will cost a fortune, but thats possibly the scam.
