A caller named Jasmine (dear to us all!) from Melbourne Advance attempting to ask questions relating to how you are coping financially with the pandemic. I've received several calls previously - this latest one had "No Caller ID" displayed on my mobile. I now say "not interested.go away" as soon as the monologue starts. The voice doesn't stop, so presumably its a recording.

I often get phone calls from Melbourne Advance. They're now coming through as private numbers but they're always "from" Jasmine.

I think it's an AI robo-caller. The first bit is definitely a recorded call (I get rid of the call very quickly every time), but the call I just received had two people stuffing around in the background for the first couple of seconds before the recording started to play (I suspect that they didn't realise I could hear them). I'm on the "do not call" register, but I still receive these calls regularly, so I think they periodically call every number their AI algorithm comes up with, in the hope that they'll get someone to fall for their scam.

Said she was from Melbourne Advance (sounded dodgy already) doing a survey on how Victorians were coping financially with Covid 19 then launched into questions about my personal details. Didn't even ask if it was ok. I hung up and will block number. Pretty sure it was a robocall. Oh, yes there was the offer of a prize!

Rarely answer calls if not recognisable/programmed in my phone....but answered as was expecting a call. Female said from 'Melbourne Advance' (or similar sounding name). Line was sketchy/unclear. Said was calling to ask 'how people are coping financially during Covid/pandemic' and doing a survey. If respond, go into draw to win $1,500. Suspicious about all of this, and NOT going to give out info over phone anyway. So asked her to repeat what said as the line was not clear, and I missed the full info.....'surprisingly' the line dropped out/hung up.
