I accepted the call. I did not speak, and the caller did not speak. If someone calls YOU, the onus is on THEM to identify themselves. No contract implied if you do not speak. They soon hang up.

i never pick up calls that i don't expect. Theres been alot of these numbers calling that look like a mobile number. Usually for surveys or from telemarketers. Don't bother with your time.
