RUDE! Would not listen to my questions. When I asked Where they got my maiden name from(which i haven't use this name for 23 years)they could not answer and when i asked to speak with a supervisor, the caller told me he was the Account manager and then old me I was a joke and hung up. Called back and asked to speak to a supervisor again and could not get a word in or even understand what the woman on the other end of the phone was saying.Again, when i asked to speak to a supervisor again she then hung up on me. Sooooooooooo Rude and disgraceful for customer service.
