Called and started asking questions about my recent accident, which I refused to answer. Claimed to be associated with GIO. She got very annoyed that I was asking questions about the company while at the same time I refused to answer any of her personal questions. When I asked if I can google her company, she told me to google Personal Injury Claims. She hang up when I asked for the company website and phone number and after I said that I will call GIO to confirm they have referred my case to them.

Introduced themselves as insurance company who can help me make further claims above my existing insurance company. This is not for the car but for me. I asked how they got my details and what they know of my accident to make sure an offer. He said his manager will be able to help me. Instead of forwarding the call, the call ended.

Called up with vague "Insurance claims company" name and "You or a family member" was involved in an accident. I laughed as I cannot drive (to which he said I may have been the passenger) and I'm pretty sure insurance companies know if you or your family member were involved AND if you were the driver or not. I'm an independent adult, not listed on parents insurance (or anyone else's for that matter.)
