ATO teling me that I'm the subject of a law suit (Robocall) reported by


THe phone call said that it was the ATO and htat I was the subject of a law suit. They said to ring the number given otherwise legal proceeding would start. I rang them, luckily I was cut off. I rang the correct ATO number and thtey told me it was a scam.

Robocall from 02 8006 7508 telling me I've defrauded the Tax office and will be arrested if i don't call back on this same number. I'd recommend that you don't play ball with these calls.

The robot voice claims to be an auditor from the tax office and proceeds to say that you are suing or being sued for tax fraud and that you must call the number back as there is an arrest warrant out for you. There is a sense of urgency in the message. DO NOT CALL BACK!!! BLOCK THE NUMBER!!!
