I got a call from a melbourne number earlier in the day (0385762724) from a guy with a heavy indian accent who was speaking unclearly, and he hung up after I said I could not understand him. Then this indian lady calls from this number (0280496150) and she was saying the same stuff that I could not understand at all, but it sounded similar, so I asked who she was calling on behalf of and she said optus. I also had asked whether this was related to the first call and she said no. I do have an optus service but haven't done anything with it recently, and it sounded like she was asking for Ryan or something. I said this is not for me, please do not call me again.

Optus.For customers migrating from Virgin to Optus. This is not a scam. I called them on 136369 (I got it from the Virgin website) and I ordered 3 phones (& accounts) from them. I accidentally hung up and the same guy I was talking to called me back from the number in question (02 8049 6150).

#### SCAM ##### Caller said he was calling from Optus to organise a Digital TV service. Couldn't tell me what address it was for and didn't know what type of Digital TV service. I told him I had cancelled all Digital TV service with Optus 2 months ago so I could not figure out why he was calling. Wanted me to provide my surname and date of birth to confirm the cancellation. I then hung up. Called Optus and they said no one should be calling me.
