I was too slow to pickup the mobile so they left a message, it was an Optus Customer Service person I had been speaking with a few days ago, calling me back about a refund that I was owed from 7 years ago. I was owed that money and wanted interest on it as it was from 7 years ago. They ahrrr'd and erred a bit and said they couldn't do the interest part, but changed their mind as I said I would make a formal complaint with the telecommunication Ombudsman.

This number is legit. Last week our Optus NBN died and the caller was the Optus Tech following through, confirming that it has been fixed. This Tech had made a bad experience good thanks to his service.

I called optus customer service, they advised me to block the num (Scam call) reported by


They called me at all hours and it came up on my phone as suspected spam. They left a msg about if I didn't change my internet to nbn tgdw would shut down my optus account. I called optus customer service and they advised this number they were not able to validate and said to block it, i do not even have internet, they said there is mmtggm wrong with my account and to block the number.
