Telstra calling re complaint lodged a few days ago. (Company) reported by


Seemed to be from overseas even though showing Australian number. Knew my current bill amount and complaint details, asked to confirm my surname and DOB at end of call. I got text 5 minutes later to say that funds had been credited as he promised and I confirmed this by logging into my acct through website.
