they called saying they were giving me an energy discount.. after a while I realised they were not my energy company - but they had all my details. I asked where they got my details - she responded from 'her marketing department' - I asked how did her marketing department get my details - she said it was none of my business. I said I was not prepared to talk to her if she couldnt answer my question - she then ridiculed me so I ended the call - she has since rung over 10 times...very annoying....

They requested for an energy survey, as they went to try and sell me the best deal and they couldnt beat what i was on, they hung up on me. i couldnt return the call either as it says that it has been disconnected.

Rang to "compare my energy" (perhaps from a website) and say Alinta was cheaper... I looked online and there are cheaper companies. Wanted to "confirm details" for a quote and then a credit check and then sign me up.

Lady was trying to sell me a plan and i asked her to email me details so can review. She started asking my details, as soon as she asked my license or medicare details, i said no and she insisted again and again and i started stressing that i wont share and she will have to email me quote and i will get back to her, she hung up on me.
