I had a call today from one of the workers there. I had told her several times that I was not interested in what she was saying and that I was sick and that it is hard for me to concentrate on what she was saying . She said "you are wasting my time " mad hung up on me. I have never had someone be so rude to me. In fact you were wasting my time, you contacted me . To not have a number to call back so I can make an official complaint makes me think this kind of thing happens on a regular basis. This is the worst phone call I have had and it has left me feeling very angry.
