They constantly call and text at worst possible times. They message so many times stating my Optus account is due when I am pre paid and not on a plan. Every two days I have to delete their spam messages as I have run out of space.

SINCE I DID NOT ANSWER I DONT KNOW, BUT WHILE IT RANG MY MOBILE GOOGLE PIXEL3 ADDED MSG SAYING "SUSPECTED SPAM CALL". MY CARRIER IS OPTUS. WHILE RINGING I GOOGLED THE PH# & IMMEDIATELY NOTED SEVERAL WEBPAGES CAME UP, INCLUDING YOUR'S, WITH MANY REPORTS OF CONCERNS.

I am a week late paying my Optus bill, so it could be about that. However they charge 17 dollars for paying late so they can't have it both ways. They also cut off my internet a while ago, and then expect me to pay my bill in full, where they do not provide any refund for cutting off the internet. It clearly a breach of contract. I am going to change suppliers as I have to constantly complain about my service with Opus and I have reported them to the Ombudsmen and they still overchrge me. Fed up

I FULLY CONCUR WITH THIS. I RECENTLY STARTED USING OPTUS, THE SERVICE IS ABYSMAL, ALMOST 0 MOBILE SIGNAL ALL DAY AT MY HOME ~10KM FROM SYDNEY CBD, AND MANY OTHER NEARBY VERY POOR. THEY SEND MSG SAYING DOING UPGRADES SOON, BUT I'M SURE I HEARD THAT 5-10YRS AGO IN SIMILAR AREAS WHEN I WAS WITH THEM & LEFT VERY UNHAPPY. NOW THEY'VE BEEN RESTRICTING MY SERVICE & LIKE BULLYING ME FOR PAYING ~$45 ~1WK LATE. IF THEY PROVIDE REASONABLE SERVICE I WILL PAY DESPITE IMMENSE $ HARDSHIP DUE COVID, OTHER. I'M ALMOST CERTAIN TO GO TO OTHER CARRIER, BUT HAVE HAD SIMILAR BULLYING FROM A FEW INC VERY BAD FROM VODAFONE AFTER 10+ YRS VERY LOYAL & TPG. iiNET MAY ALSO BUT TOO SOON TO SAY. OVERALL THE TELCO INDUSTRY HAS SO MUCH TO ANSWER FOR. I WON'T EVEN SAY ANOTHER WORD RE OUR LEADERS I.E. GOVERNMENT.

It’s not Optus, I spoke to them and they said that’s not a number of theirs! It’s a scammer, cause when you listen, it’s says you have to call another number as your phone does not allow the call. Optus would never do that.
