Had a call recently from this number - claimed to be from Optus and was doing a survey about my experiences with the Optus service plans I had with them. At one point they asked me to go over through my account details - I didn't proceed further as I couldn't identify whether this was a legitimate call. Even if it was, why was there a need to go over my account details for something I did not call up on?

"Hi is this (my name)? I'm calling from optus... Didn't even wait for me to answer. Probably trying lock their own customers into new / more expensive plans. I am on pre-paid and they still call constantly trying to lock me into a plan or participate in surveys. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had the miss fortune of dealing with also.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range reported already, mostly with Optus call centre. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back, trying to dig some info about this number on internet first...
